As a company in the chemical industry, we are aware of our responsibility towards our employees, our customers, our environment and future generations.
This is why we have chosen to integrate the principles of responsible chemistry and eco-design at the heart of our development, in order to offer high-performance solutions while reducing their environmental impact. This approach reflects our commitment to reconciling innovation, quality and sustainable value creation for all our stakeholders.
In addition to our colouring products and polishing pastes, we offer customised services that demonstrate our responsiveness and our ability to guide customers at every stage of their colouring and polishing processes.
We also stand out through the breadth of our offering, strengthened by strategic partnerships with machine manufacturers and barrel polishing specialists.
With more than 60 years of experience, we continuously enrich our know-how to meet the market’s growing requirements. We adapt our technological expertise to new fields of activity and innovate by reformulating our products to make them compatible with a wide range of materials. Our industrial presence spans a broad spectrum of business sectors.
Having obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2021, we maintain our commitment to internal performance and continuous improvement. Each year, our commitment is recognised and renewed by a renowned independent body, confirming our ongoing pursuit of excellence.
In 2023, we further extended this commitment by obtaining ISO 14001:2015 certification, consolidating our management approach focused on responsible and sustainable environmental management.
TCN’s eco-design approach has evolved into a comprehensive and structured process, fully integrating the challenges of social and ecological transitions. The company no longer limits itself to choosing bio-based raw materials, but acts across the entire product life cycle: formulation, manufacturing processes, packaging and customer use.
This growing maturity is now recognised at both national and European levels, for the quality of the solutions developed as well as for their industrial implementation. At the same time, TCN maintains strong territorial roots as a strategic priority, in line with its environmental and societal commitments.

Our commitment to more sustainable chemistry is recognised by the international Responsible Care® programme, led in France by France Chimie. Achieving the Confirmed level demonstrates our continuous improvement approach in safety, environmental protection, industrial performance and societal responsibility.
TCN has joined the Coqs Verts community, initiated by Bpifrance, which brings together companies committed to the environmental and energy transition. This membership illustrates our determination to turn our commitments into concrete actions, combining innovation, competitiveness and sustainable development.
Because responsibility is built over time, we share our commitments and results through our CSR booklet. This document transparently presents our actions, progress and the objectives we set ourselves to continuously improve our environmental, social and societal performance.
To measure and manage our impact, we carried out our carbon assessment, which confirms a controlled environmental impact in relation to our industrial activity. We also conducted life cycle assessments (LCAs) of our products to evaluate their impacts at each stage, from manufacturing to use. These approaches are essential tools for guiding our eco-design choices and developing ever more environmentally respectful solutions.

Based in Île-de-France, TCN develops its activity at the heart of a dynamic French industrial ecosystem. Our formulation know-how, combined with manufacturing carried out in France, supports a proximity-based model that is both rooted in its territory and open to international markets.

By signing the Grand Paris Sud Entreprises-Territoire Charter, TCN affirms its desire to actively contribute to the responsible development of its territory. This commitment reflects our involvement in a local dynamic integrating economic, social and environmental challenges.
TCN was awarded the 2025 Environment Award for the development of its pre-dosed, biodegradable, microplastic-free water-soluble sachets. This innovation helps simplify product use, strengthen operator safety and reduce packaging waste, thereby illustrating our commitment to more sustainable chemistry.
Our responsible innovation approach was also recognised at European level during the 2025 European Responsible Care® Awards, organised by CEFIC. Recognised in the SME category, TCN was praised for its project involving biodegradable water-soluble sachets, an innovative solution whose deployment potential helps advance sustainable practices in the chemical industry.
