CATALYST 9219Hi

High-index lens dyeing accelerator

High-index lenses with refractive indices of 1.60 and 1.67 have a different structure from standard 1.50 index polymers, which slows down the dyeing process.

Catalyst 9219Hi is specifically formulated for this application. It optimizes the interaction between the lens surface and CRX_Adv dyes, improving absorption kinetics and reducing dyeing time by a factor of 2 to 3.

Highly concentrated, odorless, and free from hazardous chemical substances, it requires only a small dosage to achieve a significant and reproducible technical result.

PCL3.2 DYES

For polycarbonate and Trivex®

Polycarbonate is an increasingly versatile material used in the manufacture of various types of products, such as sports eyewear, safety eyewear, and screens.

PCL3.2 liquid dyes make it possible to quickly color uncoated polycarbonate parts by immersion. They are easy to use, the dyeing process is fast, and it delivers uniform color results, with a dispersion capacity that also allows controlled gradients to be created easily.
