Particularly well suited to logo inlay on cellulose acetate eyewear frames, cold enameling, and rhinestone setting, they ensure excellent adhesion and flexibility, optimal transparency, low yellowing, and durable mechanical and chemical resistance. They are also suitable for molding small decorative parts.

Solvent-free and odor-free, our resins ensure a clean and reproducible application process, with excellent wetting of substrates such as cellulose acetate and certain technical polymers. Their formulation makes it possible to achieve a uniform, durable, and fully controlled finish, meeting the high standards of eyewear, jewelry, and premium accessories manufacturers.

Available in both traditional and bio-based versions, our resins are an effective solution for enhancing decorative parts, securing production quality, and increasing the perceived value of finished products.

For parts produced by additive manufacturing, especially with SLS, MJF, SLA, or FDM technologies, Proof AM 9267 acts as an impregnation varnish.

Thanks to its low viscosity and its ability to penetrate fine porosities, it seals the internal structure of the parts, stabilizes the surface, and reduces capillary absorption. It improves color fastness and enhances resistance to mechanical, thermal, and chemical stresses, while maintaining a slightly satin, colorless appearance. Ready to use and packaged as a spray, it allows simple, uniform, and controlled application, ensuring optimal impregnation without altering the geometry or fine details of the parts.

VNL Varnish is a high-end single-component transparent decorative tinted varnish designed for the coloration of technical and aesthetic decorative elements.

At the crossroads between a highly pigmented ink and an industrial finishing varnish, it delivers remarkable color intensity, excellent direct adhesion on many substrates such as cellulose acetate, PMMA, polyamide, metals, glass, and ceramic, as well as fast drying that supports productivity.
