Techniques Chimiques Nouvelles (TCN) has reached a new milestone in its corporate social responsibility journey by achieving the Excellence level of the new Chemical Industry CSR Label, awarded by France Chimie following an on-site assessment conducted by AFNOR Certification.
This distinction, the highest level of the label, recognises our commitment to more responsible chemistry and our determination to place environmental, social and societal considerations at the heart of our activities.
The Chemical Industry CSR Label: Recognition of Our Commitment
Developed by France Chimie in partnership with AFNOR Certification, the Chemical Industry CSR Label is specifically designed for companies in the chemical sector.
Based on the ISO 26000 standard and the principles of Responsible Care®, it assesses the maturity of CSR approaches through a framework tailored to the challenges facing our industry.
The assessment covers several key areas, including:
- Environmental protection and the management of the impacts of our activities
- Health, safety and working conditions
- Social and societal commitments
- Governance and responsible business practices
- The implementation of a continuous improvement approach
Achieving the Excellence level, the highest distinction of the label, demonstrates the maturity of our approach and the actions undertaken by TCN.

Following our achievement of the “Responsible Care – Confirmed Diagnostic” certificate in 2024, this new label marks significant progress in our CSR journey. It recognises the efforts made and our commitment to continuously improving our practices.
